The heart is a synthetic but lush combination of orange blossom and jasmine, which soon fades into a heavy honey and patchouli base. Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey is a completely different beast. It opens with a sharp, citrusy yuzu and mandarin, swiftly joined by aquatic notes that smell like a clean sea breeze.
