Jo Malone Peony Blush Suede starts with red apple and peony, crisp and fruity-floral. The heart is a lush peony with hints of jasmine and rose, and the base is soft suede and musk. It’s more delicate and sheer than Flowerbomb, with a creamy, skin-like finish.
In the dry-down, Flowerbomb remains sweet and dense, while Peony Blush Suede becomes a soft, suede-tinged floral that sits close to the skin.
Longevity and Sillage
Flowerbomb is a beast. On my skin, it lasts 8-10 hours with moderate to heavy sillage for the first 4 hours. It projects well and leaves a noticeable trail.
Peony Blush Suede is lighter. I get 4-5 hours before it becomes a skin scent. Sillage is moderate but intimate, perfect for close encounters. Reapplication may be needed for all-day wear.
